QuickBooks self employed

I will not lie, I have disliked QuickBooks for many years. There are some benefits but mostly I have found QuickBooks to be too complicated for your average person to use. Because of that I have mostly promoted Xero to my accounting clients. However the more I have used QuickBooks self-employed, the more I like it.


I come from a family of solo-entrepreneurs. My dad ran his own bricklaying business . My mom and dad together ran a kennel together. Both of my daughters run small businesses. None of them are accountants. QuickBooks self employed is not overly complicated. It helps you track business miles and expenses. It still gives you the up to date on where your business stands with a nice landing page.
